Happy New Year! It's very appropriate
that on the first day of a new year (and a new decade) The Customer Service
Blog has just hit the magical target of 100,000 readers! Official figures
confirm that on 1st January 2020 we had reached 100,184 readers. This includes
over 30,000 people in the UK and over 27,000 people in the USA. In recent
months we have also acquired many new readers across Europe and in countries
further afield such as Israel and Russia. A full breakdown of our international
readership is shown at the end of this article.
Many thanks to all our readers for
helping to make this the fastest growing blog on the subject of customer
service in the world! We have got some exciting plans to expand during 2020.
